Question About Technicolor - Thomson Stereo System None
Player won't respond...

I have a RCA RTD316W system that will no longer respond. After it is plugged in and you push any of the buttons, the machine reads WELCOME, however it will not open or turn off. Can this be repaired and if not where can I purchase a nre receiver? Thanks
