How do I get the time set....

We have had this for our daughter for several years, and of course I don't have the manual, though it was new from "Santa", The thing flashes day and night, and there has to be a way to set it either by remote control, or other

5 Press and hold the FM/ST button until the clock holds them press the arrows Left for HR right for Min once you get the time, press the SET button and it will hold the time.
