unable to eject cassette...

tape deck RS-HDA800 - the tape of an old cassette may have got tangled. Nothing happens when I press the open/close button. I can open the flap but don't dare to touch the inside with the cassette firmly located in play position. How can I remove the cassette? Any advice will be appreciated
