Question About Technics Stereo Receiver SA-R477
no sound...

No sound from a good speaker or surround speakers. Phono plug in is damaged but not shorted took off back and put meter on the board connecting to phono plug-in. My 12 did something to it. I did notice the coil got so hot a varnish peeled off it or the coating on it. He also blow out the 12 in woofers on speakers. Any ideas, Thanks Fred
