Teac GF-680 "Nostalgia" sound system combo--power ...

Teac GF-680 "Nostalgia" sound system combo--power button will not work. There is power at the outlet. Pushing reset button does not work. Power button glows (standby mode) but none of the components work. This is an audio combo (radio, CD, tape, turntable). I have the manual.
