I have a Teac RC-1185 remote. Once the battery went bad, I replaced it. Only problem is battery will not sit in well and lock under the clips. If I do get it to lock in, the battery will loosen after I set the remote down. Is this a defect? Any solutions?

0 I also have the same problem with a new battery installed. Don't have an answer to the problem. I wonder how many people have this problem.
