Tone arm will not drop down on record when command...

Tone arm will not drop down on record when commanded by arm button...light goes off and on with button command.

5 The user manual is available for download here: http://elektrotanya.com/sony_ps-x55_sm.pdf/download.html Page 8 describes how to adjust the balance of the arm so it drops properly. You may need to make an adjustment so it drops correctly. See attached image.
