I recently turned on my Sony receiver (model number above) and the word "Protector" began flashing after a couple of seconds in the display. The receiver won't do anything. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it in again to no avail. I've referenced the owner's manual (of which I still have a physical copy) and it doesn't make any reference to this problem. Can anybody help?
