The sound is rattly with all cd's tapes and radio. have tried on other speakers but still same

2 Hi I have the manual, on page 31 it reads: TAPE DECK, the tape does not record, or play or there is a decrease in sound level. The head are dirty, clean the tape heads after every 10 hours of use. Use separately sold dry-tape or wet-tape cleaning cassette. DEMAGNETIZING THE TAPE HEADS. Demagnetize the tape heads and the metal parts that have contact with the tape every 20-30 hours of use with a seperately sold demagnetizing cassette. CD PLAYER clean with a CD Cleaner sold seperately, TUNER make sure the antennas for AM and FM should be two are correctly connected. MASTER RESET; Press CLOCK SET, ENTER/NEXT and POWER button at the same time and unplug unit. The unit is reset to factory settings, all the settings you made (if any) are cleared.
