Question About Sony Stereo Receiver None
will not play music...

We had a rain storm and a loud sound of thunder. The power went off and now when you try to listen to the radio or CD the reciever says PROTECT. We have unplugged the unit, waited 10 minutes and plugged it back in - nothing different. We have left it unplugged overnite and still it says PROTECT. Any suggestions?
