Problems With the CD shelf...

I was cleaning the cd tray and unfortunately while it was on disk skip the cloth stopped the cd shelf from rotating and now the cd is not functioning but the radio and tape is ok.The disc skip is not rotating and the CD shelf is not opening, there is a small rustling sound when you power on the system. Advice because even resetting has no helped.
