0 Turn on the theater system, press "function" until you get "DVD" (never mind that it will find "no disc"). Turn on the tv and use input "DVD". Far right on the front of the theater system you will see an image of your current speaker settings. To change do the following. Using the theater system remote . . . press "display" and you now should see a menu on your tv. On my model I select "Formation/Calibration". It then lets you scroll thru the buttons (to the right) to select your speaker / room configuration.
