left ear bud not working...

hi. the left bud is not working. i tried soldering over the jack but it did not work. now i would like to know how to open the left ear bud to see if there is a problem with the coil or if anything is out of place. can you please tell me how to open it.any help is greatly appreciated. thank. bye.
