Question About Sony CD Player RCD-W100
RCD-W100 - Unable to record from vinyl...

I recently bought this item and although I can successfully record from one cd to another I cannot record from vinyl to cd - all I get it a high-pitched whine. I have read the manual very carefully and am sure I am following the instructions. Help!
