My i-P23 clock is no longer working, it is completely blank and it will not turn on or provide sound. I have followed all of the manuals directions in troubleshooting and replaced all batteries including the lithium battery, still nothing. Please advise me on what to try next. The product has not been damaged in any way it just simply stopped working. Thank you, Kelly snozin2@cox.net
