My DVD plays but I get no sound. Normally I pree video 2 then I press the button on the far right till I get a circle to come up after video 2 but it will not come up . The DVD plays but no sound. Also tape m is in red next to direct on the flours display panel. Also, I can't play a cd either, same thing.
