My Vertical CD Player Door cannot close. It started giving problems a year ago when it would remain almost closed but not completely closed. It would then respond to the open command and when i commanded it to close, it would not completely close. It is now not responding to the close comman at all and therefore I am unable to play my CDs. Do you have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it?
