i received teh URG-13203 RF Wireless Headphone on ...

i received teh URG-13203 RF Wireless Headphone on Christmas yesterday. I followed the instructions for setup but it is not working. What number can I call to talk to someone who can walk me through what I am doing incorrectly? Otherwise, I will need to return the headphones. Joseph
