I just received this Sharp turntable but can't make it work. On the 2 phono-jack wires, there is a 3rd wire with a very small two-hole flat connector. I don't know what it's for and why the tone arm won't touch the record to make it play. There are 2 buttons on the right front that should operate the arm (CUT and CUE). The CUE doesn't let the arm go all the way down to the record. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
