WHEN STEREO IS TURNED ON TIMER LIGHT BLINKS OFF AND ON I GET NO FUNCTIONS. COULD YOU TELL ME HOW TO TURN IT OFF. OR WHAT TO DO TO GET ALL FUNCTIONS BACK
