My ihome 2go ih85 will not play, I have changed batteries and have charged the unit, the ipod plays when I hook-up my ear phones but I do not get any volume when I place the ipod into the 2go unit. I do not have a receipt, I received it as a gift. My wife and I love the unit when we ride our bikes. Is there any way I can send the unit in for service?
