Turntable seems to be in good condition. started it up it didn't spin. Moved the platter it seemed to be rubbing which causes it not to move freely. The motor is turning okay, the belt is good but when moving the platter by hand it is rubbing on something. Metal on metal. Is it missing a part to level or raise the platter up to a level position or ? Put a rubber washer on the spindle, attached the belt platter moved freely but wobbled off balance. Part missing? Or do you have any suggestions? Debbie
