Question About Sanyo Stereo System DCX1770
owners manual...

I'm not understanding the watts, is it 220Watts for both channels or 110Watts per channel( L and R ) to total 220Watts? I didn't get the original speakers with this unit so I need to buy speakers and I don't know what "WATT" rating is acceptable.
