We have installed the Samsung Crystal Surround Air Track Active Speaker System (HW-E350). The sound on our TV has been turned down to zero, so no sound is coming from the TV. The mouth movement from the picture on the TV is not synchronized with the sound coming from the speaker system. Is the bar installed incorrectly, or is this some other problem that can be corrected?
