Upon hitting the "POWER" button on the remote, the unit reads "HELLO" . A few seconds later the unit reads "AUX" and no audio can be heard. I've had the unit approximately one year. I received it as a gift from my children. The Model code is HW-E450/ZA; S/N ZUP12B00627V. Please Help.
