We just purchased the crystal surround air track HW-F355. The subwoofer speaker does not work - no sound come from it. It is connected to the sound bar as directed in the user manual, which by the way provides poor directions for hooking up and operating the equipment. But, can you provide some suggestions as to how to get the subwoofer speaker working. Thank you
