sound problems...

hi, while playing dvds we can hear the musical sounds but not the voices ...please help. many thanx michel

0 hi, managed to sort out problem. unbeknown to me , someone fiddled with our installation and the wiring was plugged incorrectly- not in accordance to colour code. sorted!
