i upgraded my Home theater with the firmware software announced on samsung website. Everything worked according to the site. but it took a long time for the disk tray to come out as stated. so i manually pull out the pen drive which contained the software and up till now, i cannot play anything on my home theater. the welcome screen comes on when i put on power. i can even change from dvd to aux, to radio and the usb, they all come on the screen but they do not function. that's a big problem now, any help?
