Question About Rotel Stereo Amplifier RA-820BX
loud buzz...

Hi,I've just been given the above amp and when powered on the speakers emit a loud buzz irelevent of volume control, had a peek inside, could it be the 250v fuses(which seem fine) or the capacitor(s),completely no idea,should i bin it? any help would be greatfully listened to. Duncan
