Question About Regent Sheffield Home Theater System HT- 5OO
Regent HT-500 Home Theater System...

The DVD plays but won't come out when the drawer opens. the drawer opens but no DVD. How do I get it out?

0 The disc comes out of the tray and gets caught....I've had that a couple of times. Once, I turned it completely off and when I reset it the disc came out. Another time, I had to lightly "pop" the top of the unit with my hand which caused the disc to drop back into place. NOTE: I do not recommend this, just letting you know what worked for me....Anyway, Best of luck!
