I would like to know if this product supports both zone 1 and zone 2 for playing DVD movies

0 Hey i purchased this system from walmart yesterday and connected it to my flat screen tv. I click on setup and put the curser on 1080 and click ok. Once i did i did not see a picture. Is there a way to reset to factory spects?
