Question About RCA Stereo Receiver STA-3850
STA 3850 Stereo Receiver...

I don't remember ever having a remote for this. I operate it manually and have for 9 years. Now I have no sound. It may be on mute. Have no idea why or how. Do you know of a way to get the sound to work? Is there someplace I can get a remote if I can't do this manually?

0 If you get a "Universal" remote just make sure that it has a listing for the STA-3850 so that you can set it up for your unit. There are a number of features that can only be accessed by use of the remote if I remember correctly. Mine blew a fuse and has been out of service for some time now while I attempt to locate a schematic diagram. Good Luck, Jim Hicks
