0 purchased a 42 inch flat screen tv trying to hook home theater surround sound where do you connect it to the tv?

0 i have bought one too and can't get the sound to come out either. i own a 42 philips tv. i hooked up the rca jacks and still no sound. any help would be nice im ready to take it back to the store.

0 I have the same problem, it is hooked up correctly, even hired someone to double check, no sound??????????? HELP, GETTING READY TO TAKE IT BACK, there must be something I am missing in the actual set up, just can't figure out what it is, bought a digital cable to try tomarrow, we will see how that works.
