I played my cd player for awhile and now it will not work. I cannot get the cd's out and it will not play the ones that are still in there. It won't open.

5 Bought new for christmass,RS2767i. CD tray will not open. Thought perhaps it's somehow locked closed for shipping. If not, I'll need to return it to Target. Please respond.
