Question About RCA Home Theater System RTD170
Tray won't open and display doesn't work...

The display is black, and the tray won't open to load DVD's. I have tried holding down the stop button and hitting play, holding down the eject button and hitting play, and the tray still won't open. Since the display is black, I can't tell what is wrong with this. This has never been hooked up before. Does anyone have any ideas?
