Sound-Volume relatively low compared with settings...

Volume Low---My television is louder than the six(6) speaker system.

0 This things turns off after 3-6 minutes of play. The store won't take it back, the manual does not troubleshoot it. So, can you recommend (preferably another brand) a replacement so I can at least get use out of the speakers. What would you expect for something that costs less than 200.00.
