My tray will not close on my rca rtd3131 unit no grinding noise or anything closes about an inch and just stops closing

5 Hi there. I understand that the CD tray on your RCA is not closing properly. Did you try the following: 1. Restart your DVD player 2. Gently push the CD tray inside; I'm sure this wouldn't damage the tray. 3. See if there's something stuck inside the CD tray Please do follow-up. Thanks.
