My Blu-ray Rtb10323L is not even a year old yet an...

My Blu-ray Rtb10323L is not even a year old yet and the machine gets real hot and now our sound is messed up, can you help trouble shoot or do i have by a new one, it was bought back April 15th, so guess my question is, is it still under warranty
