love this system - however - now we can not open t...

love this system - however - now we can not open the dvd sleeve to retrieve the disc or to put a new one in - have tried everything that I can think of - any help would be appreciated

0 I have the samr problem! Pissed. Moved to a new apt. Now i cant get it to open.. It powers on, just the teay WILL NOT OPEN!! Waste of $$$ if ya ask me! Did you ever figure out how?

0 we think we figured it out - the tray needs to be gently moved back and forth while pressing the open button - we have done this quite a few time and it opens right away thankfully - hope this helps others!
