I think this is a scam. Promise they finally found the owner's manual and then try to charge you to "fix a driver" to download it. Also shame on RCA. They did not include the manual in the box and now RCA seems to want me to pay for it. I also have a RCA flat screen, but because of this I will never buy another RCA product, and will post this situation everywhere. I know that even if you lose 25 to 50 future sales and clients it won't hurt you but it will make me feel better.
