Question About RCA Headphones None
No green light to tell when headphones are charged...

when charging the headphone, do you need the base unit on or off, or the headphones on or off? The green light does not go on. I've removed the nicads form the headphones and charged them with a separaate charger and replaced, then plugged them in again and still no green light.
