My brother bought these headphones for my mom but they are not working correctly. As I do not have a set-up manual I am not sure if I am doing something incorrect. After plugging the dc adapter in the light cuts out after 10 or 15 seconds. No audio can be heard only static. If I am doing something incorrect please let me know or if there is anything I can do to correct the problem. Thanks, Dennis
