Question About ProScan Headphones PBT1214
My (pink) wireless headphones are only two months ...

My (pink) wireless headphones are only two months old and no longer work. When I power up the headphones ( after being fully recharged) it flashes blue for a moment and then flashes red/blue at the same time. My Bluetooth device recognizes the proscan headphones but does not connect successfully.
