Hi There, I purchased the Plantronics Explorer 220...

Hi There, I purchased the Plantronics Explorer 220 wireless head set from Ebay but, I' m having trouble connecting, when i register the Bluetooth it reads, " Enter Passkey " which i don't have access to. Can you help me? I would appreciate any help you can give me, Thank You! Lucy
