Question About Pioneer Turntable Pl-516
turntable will not turn...

After power is on, the turn table will not rotate, and I do not know if their is a belt for this system, or where would it go? I can hear everything working, and when I took the turntable off, I could see what looked like a arm turning that would support a belt, But have no clue as to where the belt would get connected to.
