5 Place the belt around the circumference underneath the platter, while pulling a small potion of the belt from the topside thru one of the holes in the platter (you may need to place a minute strip of tape along an edge or two of the belt to keep it in place while you rightside it), keep tension on the belt, place the portion you're holding around the small bronze/copper spindle on the side! That's it! Place the platter in place on the center spindle!
