Looking for a Service Manual for the Pioneer RX-541 Dual Cassette Receiver. Neither of the tape decks are working... With no Tape, the decks with forward and rewind with little/no problem. WITH Tapes, they will rewind and sometimes fast forward. But with or without tape they seem to stick... With no tape I can give it a jump start and its will run for a minute, but then locks up.
