Question About Pioneer Stereo Receiver VSX-1016V-S
remote won't work on receiver...

My receiver stopped working with the romote. I remote is working OK but the receiver isn't responding to the commands. Does anyone have a service manual for the VSX-1016txv-k. I talked to someone at Pioneer and he had me order an encoder control switch but that didn't solve the problem.
