I have a Pioneer Audio/Video Receiver, Model VSX-504S, Serial No MFD May 1995, PE 1700 261 MP. Two problems; 1: Remote control will not operate Receiver. Remote is sending a signal (tried with a camera) and remote is operating TV and other units but not Receiver. The red standby light on Receiver appears to not be as bright as it used to be. Everything else works on receiver. 2: Sounds from right speakers connections are distorted. Both speakers work fine from left speaker and centre speaker connections but sound is distorted when connected to right rear speaker connections. It appears the remote sensor on Receiver is not picking up signal. I live in Roma in South West Qld, can you provide me witha service agent in this area please?
