Question About Pioneer Stereo Amplifier PD202
Physical Noise when disc is spinning...

When i push play & the cd starts spinning, it makes a fast paced whoosh-whooosh-whoosh noise constantly. I stop the player, tried other cd and got the same. Sounds off balance inside. How to repair?
